Great location. Renovation needed
This is the best location if you want to check out Sao Luis old downtown. Staff are nice and willing to help.
The hotel needs renovation. Facilities and furniture look old. Breakfast not that good.

Central hotel,needs renovation . Very difficult communication!!!!
Central location,next to cathedral,good breakfast
Balcony door could not be closed, nobody speaks english or spanish.building too old,the reception guys unhelpful (except the girl when we checked out who she is very kind and helpful)

As it’s located at the historical center, it’s nice for tourism.
The location is good to know the historical area. It’s near Senac Restaurant with amazing food and beside the Chirch of Sé. By the way, the fountain in from is renewed and nice. The hotel has a nice pool and nice view.
It’s quite comfortable, but it’s old and not very well maintained. The fitness room is bad with not good equipment and the sauna wasn’t working. What’s really bothered me was so not have clear information about the parking, it’s not free, in fact it’s expensive, considering the condition of the hotel.

Perfect place in Sao Luis. Actually probably the best.
Its the best place to stay in Sao Luis. We couldnt stay long as it was a layover but it looked fantastic in the middle of the night.
Cant complain. Wish we had stayed longer. The staff seem lovely.
